On the 16th of November, 2023, the largest entreprenurial event of Southen Denmark, IGNITE Odense, welcomed more than 1.100 participants to a wide breath of inspiring keynotes, eyeopening workshops, and fantastic network gatherings in Jyske Bank Arena. I was responsible for coordinating the communications team, consisting of 2 internal and 2 external creative geniouses. As a team, our goal was to create a burst of awareness and hype for the new event, with high-quality content, through collaboration with the project's various stakeholders.✅ We were in charge of reaching the goal of 1.200 registrations for the event. (We got to 1.500)✅ We created a detailed information flow for event-registrants, leading up to and during the event.✅ We coordinated communications for the nominated startups for Odin Award.⏱ And much more...Besides coordinating the communications team, I was also responsible for executing the paid advertising on Meta & LinkedIn.
