KOLA-structuring and supplier relations was part of the work.2010.09-2011.02 Consultant Assignment Volvo GTTAssignment for the Chassis structure group. The main task was CAD modelling of engine brackets. The job was done in close collaboration with the component owner and calculation engineer and went in loops to optimize the design.Development of towing pin handle for Volvo FMX and Renault KM. Material change from steel to aluminum demanded some adjustments. The job included design and drawings making.2010.01-2010.08 Consultant Assignment Volvo GTTDevelopment of engine wiring harnesses to HDE13 EU5 TEA2 + for P-release. Updating of the routings after the test mountings and resulting protuses. The work followed VPT's process for harness design and was carried out in Pro / Engineer Cabling, Saber Harness and Kola. In parallel, assembly instructions have been developed for HDE13 and HDE16 for engine and vehicle plant.

2008.10-2009.05 Consultant Assignment Volvo VBCDesigner with satellite assignment for VBC, Prevost. Development of engine harnesses for the 2010, 13litre US10, bus engine. Based on 2007 years cabling and circuit diagrams new routings where made and new sensors where placed to suit the new environmental demands. A constant update was done according to new client specifications and new drawings were created before each release.
