Anders Sørensen currently works at the Department of Economics, Copenhagen Business School. His main research interest is in Economics of Innovation and Entrepreneurship as well as Empirical Economics. He holds and a PhD from Copenhagen Business School (1997). During his doctoral studies he was visiting graduate student at University of California, Berkeley. He is Professor of Empirical Economics at the Department of Economics, CBS (2006-present) and director of CBS’s Center for Innovation. Previously, he was Assistant Professor at Johns Hopkins University, the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Washington DC, USA (2002-2004). He was a member of the Danish Productivity Commission (2012-2014).
