Project Manager for the SAP implementation of Ericsson's business in Gävle. The project included all processes for the supply chain, from ordering to invoicing. After sales and spare parts processes were included as well. This was the 1:st implementation within Ericsson supply organization and therefore we also build up our "process blueprint" to be implemented in other sites world wide. Locally there were 10 systems replaced by SAP. During the most intense period there were more than 130 resources involved in the project team. 2008-2009Implementation of a new supply chain for the US market. Performing a pres-study how to design the process and the system solution. An investigation of which product to implement in the flow was also performed. 2009-2010

In cooperation with our market units in Middle East and North Africa create accurate forecats for the region. on the behalf of the region communicate demands and plans with our supply chain. And if needed make prioritazions together with sales management to secure our businesses in the area.

Manager for the order office for the APAC region. The group was responsible for order handling and planning for major role out projects in cooperation with the market units.( Temporary, back up for the ordinary manager which was on parantly leave)

My team of 15 resources was responsible for dimensioning of the factory and our supply chain, production planning and forecast validation to build accurate plans for coming weeks and months. We used daily planning for the production, weekly planning for production capacity and material assurance. We used monthly planning for capacity as well to be able to increase the capacity if investments were needed.
