Personal Banking - Strategy & Insights - PricingDriving initiatives within Price Optimization and Value Based Pricing across the Nordics

As Program Lead, I had the responsibility for the Bank’s strategic Pricing program in Personal Banking covering Denmark, Sweden, Norway & Finland. The Program included a number of pricing projects as Price Optimization, Value Based Pricing and Pricing Principles.

Being a part of Products & Tools, I had the responsibility of the product profitability for lending products across Market Areas. Furthermore I was appointed Project Manager of a number of pricing projects as Price Model Development, Pricing Governance, Fee Infrastructure and Interest Rate Calculator.

Changed to Financing Products from Deposit Products with responsibility for the financing product portfolio across Market Areas and for both personal and business customers. This included new product development, product re-design and closing down products.

Group HR Development - Sampo Bank Migration Training. Participated in the co-ordination and development of training material for the Sampo Bank Migration.

I supported Relationship Managers or customers directly being ”one point of entry” for large international corporations within lending, deposit, cash management etc.

I had my own portfolio of small and medium sized business customers. Being responsible for growing the relation with existing customer as well as acquiring new customers. Furthermore being responsible for cross sales towards the personal customers behind the businesses.
