Sonion A/S is sub supplier to Hearing Instrument manufacturers (microphones, receivers/loud speakers, switches etc.)1/10-2016. 30 out of 60 person in Sonion DK were fired and I was one of them.- Mechanical development, brain storming and concept development of new face plates. 3 new concepts were presented at EUHA 2015 in October. Concepts were designed with Solid Works- Responsible for mechanical solutions on new face plate, where Sonion is sub supplier in cooperation with 2 of the big 6 Hearing Instrument manufacturers - New Scope (New Business). Part of project group in cooperation with Sonion NL and PL to define a new market

Mechanical Design Engineer. GN ReSound. Due to new GN strategy with more focus on software and less mechanical development, a group of people in DK and USA were dismissed.- Linx. World’s first “Made For iPhone” hearing aid, where you can control your hearing aid with an iPhone and many other features like; change hearing program when you arrive at a pre-set locationI was part of the mechanical development team, from start to implementation into production. I designed polymer and silicon parts- Responsible for the painting of parts at Chinese sub supplier-Documentation and Quality System in accordance with the regulations from FDA (Medical Devices)- Reskin. Designed new parts/shells for the Interton brand (also owned by ReSound)- Responsible for the painting of parts at Swedish sub supplierOTC ITE (Over The Counter – In The Ear) device. Hearing aid that sits in the ear, with injection moulded shells (usually custom made), for the demanding Japanese marketI was mechanical lead and designed all polymer parts- Test Specifications for Paint. RFS closed the Danish R&D department 1/10-2009- Responsible for mechanical parts in TMA (Tower Mount Amplifier) and RRH (Remote Radio Head) from concept to finished product in cooperation with Chinese sub suppliers and RFS China production. Painting of moulded aluminium parts for outdoor use- Partner on international RFS technology project in cooperation with Bell Labs, USA. I have identified new processes and materials to make lighter and cheaper materials for cellular phone network filters. In this project I worked with this:- In cooperation with Swedish sub supplier, I have developed an ABS type with microspheres that is 80% cheaper and 20% lighter compared with current polymer (Ultem) - 1 patent issued for foamed polymers used in RF filters- Silver plating of polymers

Tymphany closed in Denmark and all activities are moved to China.- Developed 4 new state of the art full range units (2, 2½, 3 og 3½") and co-axial 3’’ in cooperation with acoustic engineer. Some of these units are now used in the Bluetooth speaker Jabra Solemate (Medium and Maxi)- Design of 10’’ and 12’’ bass units - Designed all components for loudspeaker units and I have worked with polymers, steel (stamping), gluing etc.- On all the projects, I was responsible for the mechanical development and had cooperation with suppliers to get the best parts/product

Lauritz Knudsen A/S. - Responsible for platform development of new lamp outlet with 2 extra terminals with common platform for 3 different form factors- Improved low voltage switch for IHC (Intelligent House Concept) for better design and function- Redesign of outdoor switch boxes for Belgium and new membranes to ensure waterproof design- Responsible in Mech R&D for RoHS project. Check, test and change to new materials

Projekt Engineer. R&D Development of household vacuum cleaners was closed and moved to Åmål, Sweden- Redesign of motor suspension. New tool manufactured in China.- Redesign wheel mounting on commercial vacuum cleaner- Reverse engineering of bumper for consumer vacuum cleaner from old 2D drawings. New 3D geometry recreated in Pro/E- Invented new cable holder for commercial vacuum cleaner in mono sandwich (EVA & PP). Both materials were injected into the same cavity. Easier assembly and half price- UL-approval of 3 vacuum cleaners in cooperation with DEMKO- Mechanical responsible in project group that moved production of the King consumer vac to South Korea. Visited new supplier (LG) in South Korea
