In my role as an elected representative, I represent about 160 members at the Swedish Research Council. As a member of the board, I gain insight into business planning, decision-making processes and policy work. The role gives me knowledge about how things can and should be done in a large academic organisation, but mainly my interest is to create great conditions for colleagues to work professionally in a safe environment with development opportunities.

Z-Radio - one of Swedens first commercial radio networks launched publicly in 1993.Initially, I was one of the radio hosts broadcasting every day. Later I became head of music programming and, after that, director of marketing. Truly a start-up experience. The show "Morgonzoo" was initiated by me. As of today, it is one of the primetime radio shows in Sweden, on RIX FM.
