Managing a team of 6 Sales Managers and 6 customers care persons, I have the overall responsibility for the commercial result of ingredient sales to the food industry, in Denmark. Total revenue of ~40mill€.On top of that I am managing a sales and market development team of 9 people. The group is put together from different departments, Sales, NPD, Business development, ect. The purpose is to grow the sales to the Confectionery industry in all Scandinavian countries including Finland.
