I have always wanted to understand people. And it is still very much at the core of my day-to-day job. I find it inspiring to work with skilled people each mastering different, specific knowledge fields, and I love it when such people must work together towards an unexplored, common goal. My career has always been about facilitating such, creative processes. At &Co. I lead our film production department and oversee the ideation and creation of approximately 50-60 film productions annually. Our portfolio encompass everything from short narratives to high-end commercials. From 5 seconds to 50 minutes. At the heart of my work is a profound admiration for the power of storytelling. It’s fascinating that stories have an ability to tap into our emotions, compelling us to laugh, cry, hope, and even change our behavior. This emotional bridge is the essence of our work every day. We focus on the intricacies of what each story requires for it to come alive. It’s about balancing ambition with boundaries and make the choices that create meaningful impact, drive desired actions, and help our clients solve their problems.
