Anders Eliasson is a Software Engineer at Digitalroute. He possess expertise in scrum, agile methodologies, test driven development, software development, eclipse and 21 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "I had the privilege of working with Anders at St Jude Medical software department for approximately a year and a half. For six months during that time we were on the same scrum team where I acted as team lead/scrum master. The team was developing a mock to facilitate testing towards a very complex interface. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Anders. I found Anders to be a terrific team member and a genuinely creative and innovative person - I even nominated him for the Innovator of the year award for SJM Veddesta for his vision and design behind the mock the team was developing. The background to the nomination was that the design ideas and the first version of the mock were Anders ideas and implementation. And as I understood (I don’t have a developer background) the design ideas were very novel and the task very challenging (senior coworkers had expressed concerns that it was too difficult a task to succeed at in the beginning of the project). As a team member Anders was truly a team player; he was supportive to other team members and even though the project was his ‘baby’ he always encouraged others and their ideas. He contributed very much to a positive working climate in the group. He was open minded and I think Anders greatest strength is that even though he obviously is an exceptionally gifted developer he has maintained a very humble attitude towards others and their knowledge. All in all, it was a pleasure to work with Anders.
