Author of the book "Välfärdens svaga länk - färre stuprör ger bättre välfärd" ("The weak link of the welfare state), on the subject of how fragmentization of welfare services impair outcomes, regarding quality as well as public spending. Author of the report "Skandalen Nya Karolinska" ("The Scandal of Nya Karolinska"), on the new highly specialized hospital in Stockholm, the first to use the Public-Private Partnership procurement method.
