I recently earned my AAS in Information Systems Management and am ready to dive into the world of IT support. My academic background has given me key skills in Microsoft operating systems, networking, troubleshooting, and PowerShell scripting, essential for any tech-driven role.With a seven-year tenure primarily in a customer-facing managerial role, I've built a strong foundation in customer service excellence—listening to customer issues, solving problems on the fly, and managing a team to ensure we always delivered top service. These experiences have not only sharpened my interpersonal skills but also taught me how to maintain patience and clarity in stressful situations, a must-have for any IT support position.While I am a member of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society, celebrating my academic achievements, I am particularly proud of how my real-world experiences have prepared me to support and enhance IT services effectively.I’m eager to bring my blend of technical expertise and proven customer service skills to a dynamic IT team, where I can help streamline and improve user experiences.
