Account Manager - Multi Family Builder Sales
Current- Responsible for end to end sales: lead generation, visits, sales presentations, negotiations, and seeing projects through to completion.
- Nurturing and growing of relationships with clients.
- Dealing with decision makers: builders, designers, architects, sales/marketing companies.
- Researching local markets and sharing competitive intel with clients to make educated decisions
- Overseeing projects that range between 15-150+ units.
