Report to the Head of Finance Shared Service for Growth and Emerging Markets region, based in Switzerland.• Led the process of migrating these areas from Finance area to Finance Shared Service and the implementation of the Shared Service concept with the introduction of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).• Led the establishment of continuous improvement process by introducing Processes Review and Digital Transformation Projects.• Led the Cash Flow management, Relationship with Banks, and Credit Limit management.• Led the preparation of the Annual Statutory Financial Statements, ensuring the accuracy of the data and compliance with the established deadlines. Led the Annual External Audit process.

Report to the General Manager of Shared Services Americas, based in Costa Rica and dotted line to local CFO.• Led the process of migrating the Accounting and Accounts Payable areas from Brazil to Costa Rica, involving a multicultural and multifunctional team of 70 people, which generated Process Optimization and Cost Reduction.• Led the Digital Transformation project.• Led a project to reduce significantly the team overtime.

Responsible for driving the Strategic Accounting agenda, establishing accounting practices, supporting the Board in the definitions of the best approach for several projects, ensuring the alignment of local accounting practices with Group’s accounting practices by constantly interacting with the London team, besides providing technical support to Shared Services Accounting team. Managed a team of 3 people and reported to the Corporate Controller. • Led the quarterly review and CVM demands (while a listed company), the preparation of the local Financial Statements and the half-year Financial Reports for the headquarters, ensuring the accuracy of the data and compliance with the established deadlines. Led the quarterly/annual External Audit process.• Responsible to present the quarterly results to the Audit Committee and Fiscal Council.• Actively participated in Souza Cruz’s delisting process by ensuring the properly application of the IFRS accounting practices, as well as the alignment with the BAT Group’s accounting practices (BAT: British American Tobacco).

Responsible for the Accounting & Tax department at the Shared Services Center, led a team of 120 people organized in 5 areas - Asset Control Management, General Accounting, Revenue Accounting, Accounting Projects & Processes, and Indirect Taxes, reporting to the Financial Services Director.• Led the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) project of the Accounting area, from Oi to Accenture, monitoring processes and indicators, managing the engagement and retention of people, resulting in the maintenance of the operation levels and low turnover rate during the migration.

Responsible for the FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and Internal Audit areas. Led a team of 20 people and reported to PDG’s Corporate Controller.• Led the in-house structuring of the Accounting and Tax areas, which were outsourced, being responsible for hiring staff and designing and implementing the processes for these areas.• Implemented Budget Planning and Control activities, including Budget, Forecast, and respective KPIs.• Led the Financials quarterly review, the preparation of the Annual Statutory Financial Statements, ensuring the accuracy of the data and compliance with the established deadlines. Led the quarterly/annual External Audit process.• Revised and standardized the Accounting and Controlling processes in the PDG Group companies, when I was a member of the SAP ERP implementation team (FI, CO, and RA modules).
