Develop footwear products according to technical requirements, design and confidentiality while maintaining the emphasis on the performance, methods, processes and technology of the market in all steps of Dev/commercialization process (Tooling Botom/Upper). Ensuring that products consistently exceed customer expectations in respect to fit, comfort, quality, design integrity, performance, perceived value, manufacturability and cost solution supporting directly interacting with Tier 1 supply partners resolving business critical issues in an effective, collaborative and results-oriented way. Responsible for the management of development and technical manufacturing team (Pattern engineer, development of material, process, lead time, samples factory and planning), which consists of forty people and produces twenty thousand pairs of shoes per day. Follow up the models in production for new processes. Travel 30% of the time to Argentina and the North of Brazil to visit the clients, suppliers and production. Working together with the team in the costs of the models in order to approve the models for the season.
