Directed subordinate personnel in support of small UAS operations, security clearance verification and management, and all matters pertaining to military intelligence support to planning and operations.Led and managed a team during their deployment and subsequent redeployment to three foreign countries and across three naval vessels. This included identifying organizational operations requirements and facilitating the transportation of 25 information systems and 42 UAS systems (combined $3.73M worth of equipment), as well as coordinating for the management and execution of over 1000 personnel background investigations and foreign travel clearances, all within the identified budget and scheduling constraints.Managed and directed 20 subordinate personnel in the production of over 50 military intelligence briefs covering a variety of topics as defined by the customers. Products were used to assist in organizational staff planning within a cross-functional team on at least ten occasions, as well as in the support of contingency response planning in a dynamic and high-tempo environment, providing over 15 briefs to executive decision-makers in a highly compressed timeline covering critical planning information.Planned, executed, and managed the elimination of unnecessary or excessive sensitive organizational inventory items, reducing holdings by 65%. This required coordinating with all stakeholders to identify sensitive material holding requirements and formulate an action plan to meet those requirements without excess. External agencies were utilized to minimize costs.

This required managing a cross-functional team to identify and meet the requirements defined by the customers, as well as coordination with external agencies for budgeting, proofing, and printing the final products.
