Products were used to assist in organizational staff planning within a cross-functional team on at least ten occasions, as well as in the support of contingency response planning in a dynamic and high-tempo environment, providing over 15 briefs to executive decision-makers in a highly compressed timeline covering critical planning information.Planned, executed, and managed the elimination of unnecessary or excessive sensitive organizational inventory items, reducing holdings by 65%. This required coordinating with all stakeholders to identify sensitive material holding requirements and formulate an action plan to meet those requirements without excess. External agencies were utilized to minimize costs.
