Major accomplishments:- Automation of the process of releasing integration components between systems. Before they were spent 2 weeks, after automation, 2 days;- Implementation of the use of forum tools to approve / reject changes to Interface ASN.1;- Definition and implementation of reusable components for use in systems. Before, every component used a different standard and there was a lot of rework and maintenance was very difficult. This was centered on isolated components with well defined scopes, making use of code reuse.Performed Activities:- Java Architect working in TSE (Supreme Court Electoral) developing and participating of definitions about the architectures used for used for perform of the elections in Brazil in years 2016, 2018 and 2020;- Responsible for direct contact with the TSE Coordination and Leadership on issues related to the integration of electoral systems and their problems. As well as new requirements to be implemented and integrated;- Support to the requirements team and programmers in the survey of the technical needs of the systems and in the dialogue with the client;- Participant of TSE’s architecture forum, group responsible for the definitions about technologies to be used and the contract for the exchange information between the election systems;- Worked more 25 projects;- All projects was builted used OO and for web platforms, using agile metologies with some RUP artifacts;- Developing and improving Java systems: REST, SOAP, JMS, Angular 4, JSF 2.0, Primefaces, Spring FrameWork, EJB, CDI, Network Attached Storage (Isilon), Digital Certification, Encryption, JPA, Hibernate, Arquillian, Selenium, TestNg, Junit, Spring-boot, etc;- Working with system integrations like: WSDL, JSON, ASN.1, XML, JMS, SFTP, Services, HTTP, etc;- Elaboration of technical documentation with UML.

Major accomplishments:- Technical manager of remote team. Before, all teams was working without centralized technical leading, sometimes giving the status report to diferent peoples in diferents projects. Performed Activities:- Technical Manager responsible for coordination of development teams, including remote team located in Salvador / BA;- Support to the requirements team and programmers in the survey of the technical needs of the systems and in the dialogue with the client;- All projects was builted used OO and for web platforms, using agile and RUP metologies;- I worked simultaneously on 6 different types of clients: ANATEL (Government Agency), MAPA (Government Ministry), CJF (Judiciary Agency), TSE (Supreme Court Electoral), STJ (Supreme Court), CAPES/MEC (Government Ministry);- Creation of proposals of technical solution for presentation to the clients of the company;- Developing systems using Java with the Technologies: JSF 2.0, Primefaces, JbossSeam, SpringFramework, Struts2, EJB, SOAP, REST, Digital Certification, Encryption, JPA, Hibernate, etc;- Elaboration of technical documentation with UML;- Investigation of technical problems of systems.

Major accomplishments:- Definition of a template for documentation and implementation of reusable components to be developed for the DPF (Federal Police). Before the DPF was not acceptable any documentation of this type of implementation and refused to pay the costs of this development. After the creation of the template, it was demonstrated the importance of this type of implementation and it was done in a more celere way and according to what was expected by the client;- Organization of the demands of the team and their allocation in the projects.Performed Activities:- Technical Manager of a team composed of Java Architects, DBAs, designers and senior programmers, attending all projects of company in Brasília in the disciplines analysis and design;- Direct interaction with the clients to propose and approve work methods, systems architectures and feedback of the work done;- QoS of the artifacts generated in the analysis and design disciplicinas and requirements;- Development of architectural projects for clients like: DPF (Federal Police), Caixa (Bank), Caixa Seguros (Insurance), TRF1 (Court), TAM (Airline) and Poupex (Financial);- All projects was builted used OO and for web platforms, using agile and RUP metologies;- Support and development of Java systems using the technologies: JbossSeam, EJB 3.1, JPA, JSF 1.2, RichFaces, Hibernate, Evenrs, Stream using RED5, hsqldb, SOAP and REST ;- RFP (Request for proposal) elaboration;- Investigation of technical problems of systems.

Major accomplishments- Creation of specific team to deal with architectural matters in Ministry of Justice;- Creation of a corporative architectural standard for the systems developed in Ministry of Justice;- Deployment of continuous integration routines to deploy in all environments.Performed Activities:- Project Manager;- Technical Manager of a team of 6 company architects inside Ministery of Justice;- Coordination of remotes development teams located outsite Ministery of Justice;- Direct interaction with the clients to propose and approve work methods, systems architectures and feedback of the work done;- Maintenance and definition of production environment for Java systems;- Creation and maintenance of systems development and corporate architecture standards of the Ministry of Justice;- Elaboration of RUP artifacts;- Investigation of technical problems of systems;- Development of a system for payment integrated with the bank;- Support and development of Java systems using the technologies: Struts 1.3, Hibernate, EJB 2.1, JPA, XML, Struts 1.1, JSF 1.0, Hibernate, SpringFramework, EJB 3.0, JPA, Struts 2.0, EJB 2.1, etc.
