Led the agenda of improving cash generation by reducing effective tax rate, controlling delinquency, and improving cash conversion cycle indicators.▪ Led company integration projects, responsible for post-M&A integration projects and incorporation plans to accelerate synergies and tax gain related to acquisition goodwill (over 2.0 billion BRL in tax benefits).

▪ Responsible for creating the Treasury, Credit & Collections areas, I monitored the company's evolution during the IPO and organic/inorganic growth processes, while also leading a turnaround in the Information Technology department by reorganizing the team, projects, and processes.▪ Responsible for centralizing and organizing the Financial and Technology processes to comply with Governance requirements of a publicly traded company, including the implementation of SOx controls.

I was also responsible for analyzing the organization's performance through P&L and FCF reviews and presenting the results to the Regional and Global Executive teams.▪ Led projects related to the Finance team, aiming to enhance financial services provided to Commercial areas, supply chain, fixed costs (ZBB), and M&A projects.

▪ Responsible for defining the company's business model and cultivating relationships with Investors and Financial Institutions. I led all financial activities, including strategic planning and cash flow management.▪ Led business development and sales, defining growth strategies and leading the team in customer and commercial partnership prospecting, as well as sales execution.

Responsible for the project to create and secure funding for incubators / accelerators, partnered with industry federations and universities, aiming to create a dynamic ecosystem for startup companies with business model related to the industry agenda, delivering the broader goals of industry development in the country.
