At Grakom i learned a lot about CRM processes and lead qualification. Working alongside the wonderful people in the membership branch, i assist them i any way possible to make their workflow as smooth as possible.

Working at Weekday gave me the opportunity to have a job where i could further develop on skills such as customer service and teamwork, but also gain insight into how big retail stores work and fashion in general which is one of my big hobbies.

Worked alongside skilled electricians to support them in the various tasks that revolved around manual labour, problem solving and teamwork.Got a strong insight into what it means to deliver on deadlines and working as a team to reach goals.

Moved from my position as dishwasher to ice boy and learned a lot about customer service, stock management and what goes into opening and closing the store.Also had multiple 10-12 hour shifts which taught me a lot about the tenacity needed when working the in restaurant business
