The Faculty of Law was among the four original faculties at the University of Copenhagen in 1479. Ever since the faculty has trained competent candidates for a broad and versatile job market.The Faculty of Law emphasizes an outreach dialogue with the outside world. This happens, among other things, through a large number of conferences and seminars, where faculty researchers make their knowledge available. A high number of part-time teachers who have their main work outside the university also help to strengthen the outreach dialogue. A dialogue that also contributes to the students' insight into the opportunities after study.
