I have translated a performance guarantee from English into Danish (679 words), an addendum to a contract of employment from Danish into English (75 words), a text on a new television solution for hotels in Africa (495 words, Da-En), a text on prestressing units for pipes (243 words, Da-En) and a text on various uses of polyurethane (524 words, Da-En).

I have been working both as a translator and proof-reader for Comunica. Between September 2016 and March 2017, I translated and proofread a lot of travel guides for various destinations, usually translating around 10,000 or 15,000 words per month. The exception was a text in Danish that had been translated from Spanish.Comunica uses the QA tool XBench, and I have been introduced to the CAT tool MemoQ. Another major task was the translation of two Danish statutes (certified translations totalling approximately 14,600 words).
