A CX analytics business unit was preparing to spin out of Comcast into its own company. From working on strategy, to new team structures, to the product backlog; I was brought in to collaborate with a team of product and engineering folks to help make that transition happen.

Wearer of many hats. Comcast incubated an Enterprise IoT company focused on LoRaWAN devices, networking infrastructure, and management software. Like any early-stage org, we had a lot to figure out and I functioned as a generalist that went in and out of several projects and initiatives to help build the business.My work spanned a range of areas including:• GTM and product strategy • Ecosystem development with startups, VC/PE, accelerators, and innovation hubs • Startup partnerships, investment, and M&A sourcing and diligence• Sales and partnerships with SMBs, engineering & design firms, and Fortune 500• Growth strategy

Hired as the right hand to the VP of a new Industrial IoT advisory/BD team to support Landmark’s growth. Served as a trusted guide and liaison between C-Level executives & senior employees in high-growth startups, Fortune 500 & Global 2000 enterprises, and VCs – providing insight on the pulse of the market and solutions to augment digital transformation strategies.Startup client portfolio included: - Uptake ($218M total funding, $2.3B series D valuation)- relayr ($300M Munich Re/HSB acquisition)- Nozomi Networks ($166M total funding - pre-IPO)- Sight Machine ($80M total funding - series C)

Executed a branding project for the Rutgers University School of Engineering as they were launching a new student-employer platform. My team and I developed strategies and materials for the program's identity, positioning, website, and collateral.

I collaborated with software devs, creatives, and senior leadership to drive product strategy and execution in the burgeoning digital assistant market. We developed a wide range of Amazon Alexa and Microsoft Cortana skills + Facebook Messenger bots, and I managed product lifecycles from concept to launch for several top-performing products – overseeing design specs, conversational UI/UX design, and QA

The CLP existed in several cities around the US and was run alongside Google Fiber to bridge the digital divide and improve digital literacy within underserved communities.A new unit was formed to figure out how to efficiently build the program out beyond Fiber's footprint. I was a member of the founding team that executed this pilot initiative and built a playbook for the program to scale nationwide.

Facilitated a project to enhance UX and reduce churn in the company's flagship research SaaS product during its acquisition by Axel Springer.I introduced a new product strategy and rollout plan that was bought in by senior leadership including the CEO and Product VPs.

This company changed my career trajectory. I brought a team of engineers and designers together to build an automotive company. We were several years ahead of the micromobility boom.We were developing a three-wheeled, single-passenger, enclosed vehicle for drivers who wanted the thrill of a motorcycle with the safety of a car. This will always be the first one that got away :)
