My responsibilities have included ordering, maintaining and distributing stock as well as arranging exchanges and trials for our platinum customers. During this role I liaised with customers daily via email and telephone to ensure they had the best customer experience possible. I currently repair a wide range of devices, mainly Apple handsets but also Samsung and HTC. I also manage the complete fulfilment process for customers claiming on their phone insurance, this involves ordering and maintaining stock, updating several databases as well as inspecting claims for potential fraud. I also manage the department when the manager is on leave.

During my time as a tutor I managed tuition groups of up to 8 children aged between 6-16 years old, this involved planning sessions, cultivating a creative and engaging atmosphere and maintaining a safe environment.

During this role I planned and supervised activities for up to 30 Brownies, assisted during brownie camps and trips and organised the waiting list and induction of new members.
