~Daily administrative support of Regional Sales Managers, Vice President of Marketing, and the President. Main point of contact for 28 Sales Representative Agencies across the U.S. ~Responsibilities included generating a detailed customer sales report each month; quarterly financial reports for the President and assisting with budgeting and projections; drafting contracts for sales reps; all correspondence to include updates, alerts, bulletins, new programs, changes in policy or procedure and standard forms.~Event management of our National Sales Meeting held at the largest national trade show yearly. This included site inspection of hotel property, working with banquet staff on logistics, audio & visual needs, menus, and timelines/schedules, arranging travel for executive staff, managing hotel room block, assisting President with meeting presentation and handout materials, and managing the budget for event. ~Responsible for all printed materials for the company; internal print needs such as stationery, business cards, and inspection forms; all marketing print materials such as two full-color product catalogs and accompanying price guides, binders, design guides, sell sheets, display posters and banners for trade shows and events. ~Position grew to include functioning as the Art Department which includes managing image library and logos to maintain company’s image; dealing directly with trade magazines, advertisers and marketing firms for print marketing; working directly with graphic artists, print companies, and photographers to produce various marketing materials. Personally designed and produced the yearly price guides that accompany the product catalogs. In charge of editing, correcting and updating customer catalogs and in-stock guides. ~Responsible for Website management. Worked with hosting company to update website with new product lines, pricing and technical data. Managed Website data integration project for The Home Depot and Lowe’s.
