Responsible to: - Manage Nutanix Hyper-Converged Infrastructure- Manage VMware Vsphere.- Manage Infratructure SLA- Create and manage virtualization server- Server configuration (Windows and Linux), AD, DHCP, DNS- Manage Backup System ( Commvault, Backup Exec, Symantec)- Manage & Setup Configuration NAS Synology- Managed Domain DNS & SSL Setup and Deployment- Create Incident and Problem Report- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

Responsible to:- Pre sales and technical knowledge.- Provide technical guidance to sales representatives, partners, and customers- Responsible for Reply Ticket to Customers and solving on Customer Issues- Creating a technical reports- Analyze and giving solution for Customer requirements- Manage and monitoring customer managed service- Deliver to team about internal and external informations- Give technical training and solution for Cloud Engineer and another teams- Technical improvements

Responsibilities:- Implement and monitor security measures for the protection of infrastructure systems, networks and information. Identify and define system security requirements- Securing vulnerabilities servers from malware, phising, Ddos and fraud. Including firewalls and Spam filtering system. Authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc- Regularly perform security checks and troubleshooting.- Monitor company's server traffic, email and tickets.

- Maintaining corporate server infrastructure (corporate collaboration), private server virtualization, and public cloud services.- Installing corporate service products (Zimbra Mail Server, Windows Server, Exchange Mail Server, Cloud storage, private / Public Cloud).- Monitoring, maintenance and periodically report Corporate service servers.- Preparing Infrastructure for corporate service collaboration (Hosting, Web server, Mail server, DNS Management).- Promoting and presenting products to prospective corporate clients to the implementation and collaboration stages and providing training.

Responsibilities:- Install, configure & monitoring the stability and performance of each servers.- Linux engineer, setup and configuration of Web Server & Mail Server and Control Panel Hosting (Cpanel, Spanel, Plesk).- Handling and managing customers through the telephone, tickets, live chat, email. etc- Manage and monitoring performance with Nagios and maintainance hosting servers to running well integrity on it.- Perform server maintenance and backup client data regularly.

Inspect buildings, cleanliness, equipment and appliances for functionality, checking for faults and fixing them where they exist to keep all things running and functioning properly; also, make provision for replacement of old and damaged appliances.
