I am not interested in changing careers, other money making “opportunities,” having you assist/sell me leads, increasing my social media presence or my online presence or working with new lenders or title attorneys that I have not met or worked with in person. I am on this site to connect my friends, family and clients with potential job opportunities if they shall arise. Nothing more. I started my professional career in an administrative assistant position. Soon, I started taking the necessary steps to become a professional Meeting Planner. For the next 7 to 8 years I worked as a Meeting and Event Planner for associations, private industry and Federal government branches. I planned board meetings, educational conferences, festivals, parties, etc.As time went on, I became increasingly discouraged with my job. Being driven to work harder, simply did not garner any additional reward. I started thinking about what kind of career change I could make that would reward me in proportion to my hard work. I decided that I wanted to get into real estate.For more than a year, I interviewed every real estate agent I knew, ran into on the street or found in an open house. I became a full time, licensed real estate agent in 2005. I quit my job the day I found out that I had passed the exam. I was named Rookie of the Year in 2006 and the Top Producer in 2007 for my local office. I appeared on two episodes of HGTV's Get It Sold. I continued to grow my business and joined Keller Williams Capital Properties in 2012. I work with both buyers and sellers to fulfill their dreams of homeownership.
