Dr. Andrea “Andi” Piatt is the founder and former CEO of Commonwealth Psychology Associates (CPA), the largest privately held woman-owned behavioral health center in New England prior to being acquired by LifeStance Health in 2020. With an emphasis on clinical, organizational, and operational excellence, CPA became a premier behavioral healthcare organization, growing from 1 employee in 2004 to over 100 team members by 2020 - including 70+ full-time doctoral level psychologists, neuropsychologists, psychiatrists and APRN's providing comprehensive psychological assessment and treatment services in 6 greater Boston locations.Under Dr. Piatt’s leadership, CPA grew at an average annual rate of over 20%, growing revenue and profit every year for 16 consecutive years. The secret sauce was the remarkable workplace culture of support, opportunity, trust and inclusiveness, which was created by every staff member along the way.
