Driver of regulatory projects(agile methodology), innovation initiatives and transversal projects which cover entities from banking sector as well as from industry sector.The regulatory project scope have been to aligne the entity to IFRS standards and in the same time the reporting tool has been changed. The activitites implied strong communication with all stakeholders, project road map, workshops with the business team in order to document the AS IS process and to asess the impact of the future project. In order to procede with the delivery of the new reporting tool, the technical team has been onboarder in order to establish technical requirements or constrains.All findings together with the business case are presented to sponsors for buget approval.Project plannning, regular meetings with the teams and sponsors are part of day to day activity.Transversal projects consist in GoLive activitites for the implementation of IFRS16 project. Monitorization of the activitties performed by the operational teams in order to secure the delivery in time of the expected materials, communicate in time changes that may occur.Innovation - process design, gather ideas from the innovation communiry, business case documentation, budget request, business need fulfilled, implementation outcome evaluation.

Implementing IFRS9 standard for the entities within Societe General Group - mainly european entities. Communicate all changes regarding the impact of the standard with all accountants, trainings preparation in orde to prepare all of them for the Go Live peocess.Direct involvement in multiple exercices for which the main goal was to similate the impact of IFRS9 standard and to make aware all the accountants of all additional activititea which may are required by the standard (new provision computation and new measurement criteria).Implementation of an updated reporting tool which required multiple testing scenario.All steps described above required communication with many stakeholders from Bucharest and Paris.

Coordinator of audit missions for entities from energy, manufacture, agriculture or automotive sector.Planning, risk assesmnet, procedure updates, test of controls, inquires of key person from the organizations in respect of significat variations identified.Review of financial statemenets ( statutory and IFRS) or preparation.Stock count and phisical inspection in order to observ how the clients follow their internal procedures. Communicate the client findings and propose them mitigation actions by end of rhe closing period.
