Ethnographic Research Hub is a project directed at conducting research that can make meaningful change in the fields of climate change and sustainability, active inclusion, and digitalisation. At ERH, I coordinated research on corruption, active inclusion of Ukrainian Roma refugees, active citizenship, climate change&sustainability.

I was responsible for a comprehensive literature review and writing the final report on youth and climate change in the European Union. As part of the research team, I analysed secondary data (especially Eurobarometer) on how generations Y and Z understand and respond to climate change.

As a WB consultant, I participated in a project on at-risk children and youth. The project involved writing reports on the target group in 100 villages in Romania in a short period of time. I was responsible for 15 communities, for which I conducted sociological analysis on the needs of children and youth, wrote reports and provided recommendations for developing local social services.

I was part of a team in a research and evaluation project on the probation system in Romania. In this project, I developed the methodology of qualitative and quantitative research to evaluate the Romanian probation system; liaised with relevant institutions in the research project; collected quantitative and qualitative data; wrote the final report and contributed to the writing of scientific articles.

I contributed to the research on implementing individual disability plans and the research on community services for persons with disabilities. Among my responsibilities, I enumerate organising and conducting workshops with key stakeholders in the disability sector; conducting interviews with key actors in community services for adults with disabilities; interviews with beneficiaries of community services; conducting virtual assessments of community centres for adults with disabilities; desk research; training and monitoring of staff from Romanian state institutions involved in data collection activities; contributed to data analysis; and drafted sections of the final reports.
