Work for a complete Manufacturing engineering program, including development of manufacturing processes for NPI’s, documenting process changes, driving process/fixture improvements, driving lead- and cycle time improvements, COQ and EHS actions. Guarantee good process description and production control data (times, routings), implement productivity actions, review and make controls to support the manufacturing. Participating in LEAN initiative, and using 6 sigma tools for process improvements. Support Thermal Barrier & Abradable Coatings production and development

Main goal to keep KPI: UpTime:over 95% availability at critical equipmentsPrepare and manage corrective actions according the reports to achive better UT. Report problems on warranted machines and work out the Corrective Action together with OEM; Take part in bigger machine refurbishment projects and give engineer support for technician during the daily throubleshooting in Diagnostic tools, PLC diag., Electrical measurements, Renishaw Ballbar, ThermoCam etc.Prepare, organize, support summer shutdown works, I work together avarage 10 service company during 2 weeks shutdown.Take part in Specification, requirement list creation and Factory Acceptance Tests of New Machine installationFiber 2D laser; Grinding centers, Vertical Turning Lathe, Electric Discharge MachinesMainly I have Fanuc 16i CNC controller experience, but 840d familiar too.
