The Customer Experience Team has the professional expertise in the collection, structuring and analyzation of Customer (retail private individual and small business) related data throughout the retail sales processes and from the market. The team synthetizes information and transforms it into new banking product concepts and sales process optimization opportunities. To reach better profitability of banking products and services the team adopts Lean, Six Sigma and Revenue Assurance process improvement methodologies.Main activities:- Set-up and managing a new team to transform Customer needs into value propositions- Support retail product factories and channels for delivering better sales results- Design and run sales campaigns, competitions and Customer events

- In the early phase of the transformation, contribute to form a consistent story- Set-up and run diagnostics, design and pilot improvement opportunities- Provide initial Lean boot camp, developments, and coachings to operational staff throughout the business- During implementation, develop the skills of managers and help team members problem-solve and ignite continuous improvement process

- Maintain an active list of process improvement ideas, establishing an implementation schedule based on benefits & priority- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams empowered to execute the Lean Six Sigma strategy to improve process capability and eliminate defects - Facilitate, train, and coach team members in the use of Lean Six Sigma tools- Participate in the Tesco Mobile project team, establishing the first Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) in Hungary.

- Manage Revenue Assurance team (5) at Finance; define concept and strategy- Monitor mobile service revenue and cost processes from activation up-to billing- Manage accounting and control environment; ensure compliancy with SOX- Lead Finance within service development projects and IT implementations- Transform financial processes according to the requirements of Vodafone SSC
