As the founder and president of Impact Works my role is to build trust with clients and help them to solve difficult challenges. In the last decade dozens of companies (from start-ups to Fortune 500) have chosen us because they believe, that with our creative and flexible perspective, strategical and more and more data-based approach they can achieve their HR-communication goals. We have a proven track record in more than 20 countries, on 4 continents.My internal goal is very simple: to put together and nowdays keep on track a diverse team of 30, with different professional background and integrate their vast experience from various fields, such as: improvisational theatre, media, communication, psychology, mathematics and economy.

My connection with the Hungarian Baptist Aid dates back to 2003 when as a journalist I'd reported the aid projects of the organization in North Korea and Mongolia for RTL Klub and CNN. Years later as an advisor I had been involved in several strategic projects in Budapest. I was responsible for the planning of the general communication strategy of the organization as well as in the 1% tax donation campaign.

I was responsible for creating communication strategies.It was also my duty to supervise one part of the staff – including the press secretariat, the office of the spokesperson, the web editors, and the account managers.From communicational angle I supported the launch of the New Hungary Development Plan (EU budget) and took part of the preparations of the government's national reforms in 2006. I cooperated with the two governmental fractions in case of crisis issues.

My primary duty was to inform the national and international press about the aims and decisions of the government and about the Prime Minister's opinion. I chaired and ran governmental press conferences. On a daily basis I gave interviews to many live and recorded radio and television programs as well as to the printed and online press.I had to build and sustain relationships with journalists, to supervise and cooperate with the press secretaries of the different ministries.

I founded and later hosted, edited a daily live news background magazine with a maximum of more than 2.7 M viewers.I was also one of the editors of magazine (as well as the Saturday editions) and supervised the reporters. I made reports about different topics in more than 15 countries from Mongolia to Mauritius, from North-Korea to the United States.Later I had been given the opportunity to edit and run a Sunday late night talk-show where interesting guests (from ordinary people to Nobel Prize winner) were invited.

Worked for daily, weekly and event programs as reporter, editor and presenter in cultural and infotainment genres.
