In addition, the ability to manage change and influence people, while working independently on productivity side. Build capability and develop skills for Lean Six Sigma program, including White Belts, Kaizen Leaders, Green Belts and Black Belts to work on process improving and simplification. Ensures a consistent pipeline of productivity projects is developed, throughseveral methodologies available, while leveraging collaboration throughout PepsiCo networking, Local and Global teams from Europe, Asia and South America, to develop a productivity pipeline, based on best practices and projects replications, engaging with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement etc.

Responsible for all Factory Operation/Processes and daily operations, including Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Human Resources, Quality, Engineering, Environment Health and Safety - EHS, reporting directly to Manufacturing Vice President in Ireland, Cork (Business Headquarter); Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing costs and maintaining current quality standards; implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction; collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.

Responsible for end-to-end Supply Chain and Procurement processes, including inbound, outbound, transportation, raw material and packaging, warehouse, storage, customs clearance, vendor development and negotiations.Supply Chain:Create the plant’s supply chain strategy, analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues, maintain supply chain inventory and records, find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes, creation of plans and projects for business growth, ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.Procurement:Development of strategies that are innovative and cost-effective, sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors, negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms, building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers, controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long term saving on procurement costs.Customs & Trade:To improve the customs clearance process, ensuring full regulatory compliance, managing the customs broker performance to reduce storage lead time during customs clearance impacting positively in the overall process cost and inventory reduction, while securing supply to market.
