I managed NiceHash's social media with over 400k followers. I designed post creatives, texts, videos, tutorials, some ad creatives, write technical blog article and much more.Furthermore, I engaged with the community directly in Discord, Reddit and answered DMs, assisting members with any questions about our products and services. In addition to this, I also programmed and maintained NiceHash's Discord bot, complete with a mining profitability calculator and product notifications.

Provided customer support for all NiceHash products and services, having gained advanced knowledge of crypto mining, APIs, KYC, etc.
