In this role I have theopportunity to work close with onboarding, sales andcustomer success team, my main task is ensure that weare able to connect customers websites to our platformand archive all the content with success using JavaScriptand Regular Expression search/replace to adapt thewebsites, but I also have the opportunity to:- Use MySql to run queries through our database andscrape content necessary, as example, for billing check- Build Python scripts to automatize and make our worksimple, as example to allow us to open WACZ files andextract useful content- Build shell scripts to check the status of a list of websitesor to scrape content from different pages at the sametime using API endpoints- Build JS scripts to scrape content from pages andcreate reports- Write technical documents reporting those process inorder to help my peers

I joined SAP as an intern of ALM support team providingsupport in diagnostics area of Solution Manager andFocused Run products.I'm a full time employe since 2019 and those were mymain tasks working on this team:- Provide solution to customers via tickets and real timechat- Create documentation related to the the topic- Provide the new hires with training sessions andguidance- Work together with other teams from different areas
