In 2017, I went back to school to deepen my technical knowledge. I successfully completed the RAC CCNA program at the Champlain College in 2018. I developed a real passion for this field and a thirst for continuous learning, it’s for this reason that I continue my development by pursuing my studies at the CCNP level. Recently I also passed the Cisco CCNA professional certification.My knowledge was put to good use during the launches of our new products such as WiFi Pro (Aruba) and our cloud communications product (IP telephony, VoIP). This practical experience allowed me to develop a technical expertise in the integration of voice over IP in telecommunications networks (LAN, WAN and MPLS).With my experience in technical support and sales, I am able to understand the technical and business needs of our customers.
