My goals and objectives have always been of fundamental importance to navigate how I develop and measure my career progression. I managed the recruitment and enlistment process for 21 police stations. I displayed strong organizational and planning skills which ensured that I consistently met and still meet multiple deadlines.I have been working at Capitec Bank since 2011, which introduced me to the business world and the diversity thereof. I am currently working at the Interbank Department that resorts under Financial Management. My main responsibilities are to deal with payment, regulatory compliance and contributing to the execution of the payment strategy of the bank. I represent Capitec on several industry payment forums.
