- Identify, plan, coordinate and implement strategies and performance indicators in accordance with the objectives set by the board and its directors - preparation of the operating and investment budgets- participation in defining the management and operating guiding principles- implementation and maintenance of an integrated management control system- monitor and control all of the accounting and budget execution- periodic performance evaluation reporting on the objectives achievement and its impact on reaching the strategy set- support to board/directors in the decision process- monitoring the implementation of corrective actions transversally to the various functional areas of the business for reaching/achieve the firm objectives.
