•Carry out installation and commissioning of KELMAN & DGA900 dissolved gas analyzers (DGA) for General Electric in Middle East and North Africa, based in Bahrain.•Providing pre-cautionary maintenance services and out of warranty repairs at site.•Replacement of electronic and mechanical components within the equipment supplied by GE.•Trained on working on Transformers in a energized and de-energized state.•Installation of equipment directly onto customer transformers, trained in conducting a vacuum commissioning to remove all air out of the line to ensure the Transformer will not trip.•Self scheduling of trips to site activities and planning travel and living arrangements.•Responsible to submit and populate all company expenses while traveling.•Work with electrical cabling and cable routing.•Installation of bushing monitoring devices onto transformer bushings.•Installation of partial discharge (PD) sensors.•Installation of MS3000 monitoring systems.•Maintenance and upkeep of DGA equipment.•Installation of software for DGA equipment and provide customer training.•Responsible for booking own travel and living to deployment countries and reporting of expenses.•Scheduling of other engineers within in the region.•Ordering and following through delivery of spare parts ordered by customers.•Monthly inventory count of material in the region with factory.•Target to reach customer within requested time frame and meet satisfaction.•Ensure to be certified in all health and safety requirements by the region and customers.
