• Trained on working on Transformers in a energized and de-energized state.
• Installation of equipment directly onto customer transformers, trained in conducting a vacuum commissioning to remove all air out of the line to ensure the Transformer will not trip.
• Self scheduling of trips to site activities and planning travel and living arrangements.
