-Managing incoming phone calls (internal and external) and emails. -Process any guest requests for wake up calls, calling another room and other requests related to placing or receiving calls.-Dealing with confirmation requests and general inquiries.-Dealing with guests requests for Housekeeping and Maintenance (HOTSOS).-Update guests details on the system and traces for future bookings (ONQ).-Dealing with Registration Cards and Organization for the back office and front desk.-Presentation and welcoming guests.-Dealing with Open Folios, rebates, last departures, reports, special requests and room features, credit limit, rooms on queue, routings and other billing instructions.-Communicating with other departments at all times, especially Housekeeping, Maintenance and Restaurant/Bar. -Process all guest check-ins, assigning room, issuing and activating room key. -Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. -Process all check-outs including resolving any late check outs. -Identify any special requests or amenities and liaise with the relevant departments. -Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system. -Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions to manager.-Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. -Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Managers.
