• Research transactions performing extensive research to resolve the routine to complex customer requests as needed while following department Policies and Procedures • Processing transactions in related systems to include data entry • Review incoming inquiries and determining the appropriate action. • Effectively work with peers - Team Player - Adapt to changing environment - Excellent Communication skills - Comply with all Regulatory and Audit requirements• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office to include: Word, Outlook & Excel• Ability to effectively organize work and deadlines to meet service level agreements

• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of medical equipment.• Manage server and switches on hospital network.• Troubleshoot network for IT Department.• Review schematics, wiring diagrams, performance specifications, and machine operating manuals to become familiar with the design and operating requirements of the equipment• Provide excellent customer service.
