With over ten years of experience in managing private hospitals, I am a healthcare management expert who can deliver efficiency and excellence in any healthcare setting.As a General Manager at International SOS, I oversaw the operations of a 54 bed hospital and 6 clinics. Before that, I was a Hospital Manager at Busamed Mbombela (50 beds) and Mediclinic Muelmed (222 beds) and Mediclinc Brits (79 beds), where I was responsible for all areas of managing a private hospital. Responsibilities included patient satisfaction, doctor relations, staff management, budgeting, profitability, safety, maintenance and strategic planning.
