Follow GMPs for Safety and Food SafetyGather the proper Ingredients for the Pre-blend Batch using a Lift-truck.Mix the Ingredients following the formula given for the Batch.Weight out the newly mixed Batch into Totes at the correct weight.Place Finished Pre-blend Batches in rows for Production Lines to use.Complete SAP Data-Entry Report

Remove old labels and Replace with new labels that correspond with the Product inside the ContainersOperate the Automatic Shrink Wrapper

Insert Frames and/or fixtures into the Proper MoldsDemold the Foam pieces onto the correct Conveyor Belt or CrusherTrim/Inspect/Pack the Foam pieces into the correct containers by following the Packing Standards

Assemble the Covers onto the Foam pieces to make Quality Finished Product

Mix in all the required Ingredients using the provided tools and equipment in a timely manner

Prep Containers for the ProductPlace Product into the Containers using the Vacuum Lift

Mix and make different types of Breads and Desserts for the following dayOperate Hot Ovens and other Machinery
