As field manager I was responsible for managing job hrs along with the hrs of a crew of 6. I made contact with the customers prior to getting on site, the day on site and prior to leaving .I was also responsible for training my crew and hiring new crew members for my team. as a field manager I sold work orders and completed the jobs with my crew in some cases. I also performed maintenance on my equipment and drove the truck to the job sites.
