The Key Account Manager is an important new initiative for Pinchin Ltd., which demonstrates our ongoing commitment to superior client service. In this role, I function as a key ‘go-to’ team member within the client’s team. I manage accounts with an emphasis on clients’ overall goals, rather than a project’s routine operations. I’ll know if there is an obstacle, and will intervene on a client’s behalf to get them the best outcome.I work closely with commercial and retail clients (both regional and nationally present) for whom consistency is a key concern. Pinchin is a national brand with some of the best environmental service lines in the business; we are able to consistently deliver on our services, on time and within budget. Among the projects I have worked on, we demonstrated our consistent high quality service as the environmental consultant for the renovation of a large retail flagship store in a historic building. Despite major structural repairs and upgrades, tight timelines were met and the store opened on time and on budget.I am a responsive problem-solver who can act as the go-between with stakeholders, enabling clients to focus on their internal priorities while I do everything possible to make their jobs easier. By understanding their needs I can help manage my clients’ image and corporate communication. Relationships like this are built over time, and this is what the Key Account Manager role represents.
