Fitness has always been a lifestyle of mine. I grew up playing football and once I entered into adulthood I joined the US Army where I served for 9 years in Special Ops. When I first joined I was 150 lbs and 6'1"​. Real slim but I decided to change my outcome and put on a lot of muscle weight since then. Now I'm 230 lbs and 6'​ and if you're wondering how I lost an inch, its because while I was in the military I also was airborne. Anyways, gotta love the fit lifestyle.I believe no one should go thru life without knowing their body full potential. Its easier to make an "A"​ then it is to maintain it. That's why I made it a mission to seek great health and fitness while helping others achieve there goals and dreams along the way. There is always a better feeling that comes with living a great healthy lifestyle and striving to develop the best me I can offer to the universe.
