• Responsible for the day to day operations of all production floor and repair AMO activities for 10 products; directed a staff of 30 assemblers, 15 technicians and various support staff. Managed production and service.
• Prepared and controlled a $5M operating budget including manpower, fixed assets and operating costs and consistently achieved a positive variance.
• Solid understanding of ISO AS9100 and TCCA requirements and certifications for manufacturing and maintenance.
• Expertise in production including inventory management, safety, quality improvement, operations, scheduling and preventative maintenance.
• Plan work flow, manage multiple priorities and meet daily production targets while consistently reducing downtime. Identify, diagnose and resolve operational, manufacturing and maintenance problems within deadlines.
