Managed the construction of a 30-storey, 300,000 square foot mixed use tower at Rogers Arena, home of the Vancouver Canucks. Although the first five floors of this concrete structure were attached to the arena, construction continued with little interruption to arena activities. This was one of the most structurally interesting projects of my career creating new challenges and unforgettable experiences.

Performed quantity/material take-offs, created construction budgets and schedules. Prepared and distributed scope of work bid packages for complete buy-out and execution of contracts. Managed teams to process documents such as RFIs, sketches, ASI's, change orders and requests for payment. Developed and managed the deficiency resolution process. Managed the commissioning team for final turnover including the witnessing and training of the facilities management group.
