Head of Middle Office Funds

Managing the operation of all products traded by the funds administrated by CSHG; Planning and implementing projects aimed at developing new business and improving current business; Interaction with fund managers, brokers, bankers, custodians, and Product, Compliance, and Legal teams to structure and develop the growth of operations within the CSHG structure; Intermediation of management contracts and due diligence of fund managers; Promote actions focused on growth and continuous improvement, contributing to the enhancement of CSHG's values and culture and the strengthening of an ethical environment; Planning the adaptation of CVM Resolution 175; Member of CSHG Fiduciary Committee; Attorney for CSHG CTVM S/A; Direct report to COO Private Banking; Management of a team of 6 people.

Coordination of the operationalization of all products traded by the funds administrated by CSHG; Relevant and active participation in internal and external projects, such as IPN and Imercado, D+2 Settlement, Creta and EPM CSHG; Implementation of 4373 funds; Interaction with I.T to architect and structure systemic improvements for operational optimization; Assistance to fund managers, bankers, brokers, and audit. Participation in fund events, such as spin-off, merger, transfer-in/out, and closing; New analysts training.

Monitoring of operations of onshore and offshore investment funds (4373) administrated by CSHG in national and international markets, including routines of financial reconciliation; Pre-matching of operations and sending of files for settlement to national and international custodians of Fixed Income, Equities, Futures, Quotas, Stock Loan and OTC products; Send reports of margin calls, short sales, and pending purchases or sales; Analysis and resolution of inconsistencies with managers and counterparties; Follow-up and impact of dissidence, subscription, IPO and follow-on events; Control and zeroing of fund cash.
