CNO-VOICE Voice Engineer 2nd line of support

Service and Integration Engineer on Voip/ VoiC project for UPC Costumer. This consists in troubleshoot/analyze and resolution of any problem related with softswitches (hiQ8000) , Media Gateways (hiG1200) and Voice Mail unities (IPUnity).Knowledge in Protocols related with IP such as VoIP (SIP, MGCP) e TDM.Network Monitoring : performance, Service quality, response time e troubleshoot. Architecture knowlegde in VoIP and in all their elements: softswitch (hiQ8000), media Gateway (hiG1200)Team leader in hardware and software upgrade rollouts in all network of softswitches.Direct Envolment in project management and direct contact with costumers.Other Experience Obtain while working for NSN Austria:Implementation Softswitch Release Upgrade, Poland Softswitch Release Upgrade, Chech RepublicSoftswitch Release Upgrade, HungarySoftswitch Release Upgrade, Slovakia Responsible for creating, development and testing the MOP for the Release Upgrades
